• ESG / ESRS-aligned analytical support (including double materiality and LEAP)

• Earth-observation and remote-sensing analysis

• Scenario analysis, prioritisation frameworks, and opportunity identification

• Clear, documented analytical outputs to inform internal decision-making​

 

What We Don’t Do

​

• Provide legal advice or regulatory interpretation

• Offer regulatory compliance sign-off, certification, or formal assurance

• Deliver engineering design, engineering sign-off, or construction specifications

• Conduct statutory field surveys or protected species assessments

• Guarantee regulatory acceptance, planning approval, or future outcomes

• Make operational or commercial decisions on behalf of clients​

 

How Our Outputs Should Be Used

All MapHorizon outputs are provided as strategic decision-support. They are intended to inform planning, prioritisation, and discussion, not to replace professional legal, engineering, or regulatory advice. Final responsibility for decisions, compliance, and implementation remains with the client and their appointed advisers.

Analyses may incorporate licensed and open-source third-party datasets. Ownership and permitted use of MapHorizon outputs are governed by our Intellectual Property policy. MapHorizon is not responsible for limitations, errors, or changes in third-party data sources.
